what are your rates?
we always view the work prior to providing a customised quote.

what are your hourly rates?
we do not operate on an hourly basis but provide a set price including GST.

do you clean windows?
we work with our preferred eco friendly window cleaner and can coordinate window cleans including external cobwebs and cleaning of insect screens.

do you bring your own equipment ?
we bring all our own equipment and products.

should we be at home ?
it is preferred that we have a clear space to operate in.

how do you arrange access?
this is discussed when we quote.

do you have a cancellation policy?
yes we require 48 hours notice for a cancellation or the full fee may be charged.

do you carry public liability ?
yes we are fully ensured.

do you have police checks?
yes all of our personnel have police checks.

how is payment organised?
payment is GST-inclusive and is required on or before the scheduled clean.
swept away uses FFA PAYSMART a direct debit authority.  it is flexible and can be suspended at any time.

what if I have a query about the cleaning?
if you have any issues regarding the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours after the clean. swept away does not issue refunds.
swept away welcomes all types of feedback to ensure we continue to improve our service.

what happens if something is broken?
if a breakage occurs we immediately take a photo which is reported.
the repair or replacement is a separate issue to the cost of the clean and will be dealt with separately.
